Your rights to end the contract

Exercising your right to change your mind. You have a legal right to change your mind from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, and receive a refund. However, if your goods are split into several deliveries over different days, you have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last delivery to change your mind about the goods.

How to end the contract with us if you have changed your mind

Tell us you want to end the contract. You do not need to tell us the reason for ending the contract, but you must tell us you intend to end the contract. Please let us know by calling customer services on 0800 699 0540 or email us at hello@greatproductgroup.co.uk. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.

Returning products after ending the contract. If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You should return the product(s) with a copy of your original delivery note so we can process your return efficiently. You must post them back to us at 1 Whiteside, Station Road, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, CW4 8AA. You must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract. Where you have changed your mind about the goods, it is you that bears the cost of returning the goods to us. When returning goods we recommend that you retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

How we will refund you.  We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

Deductions from refunds.

We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. The amount of the reduction will be the amount of the lost value in the goods.

We refund you the delivery costs of getting the goods to you in the first place; however, if you opt for a more expensive method of delivery, then we will only refund you the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.

When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.  If you have received the goods, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us. In all other cases where you have not yet received the goods, your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.
